I’ve been with 2degrees since June 2024, and in that time I’ve learned how important it is to really listen to people and adapt to their needs. Every day I work with customers to solve problems, often in situations that require patience, empathy, and quick thinking. I’ve built strong de-escalation skills, and I can read a situation quickly to figure out the best way forward. Along the way, I’ve developed a high level of emotional intelligence, which has helped me connect with people, build trust fast, and make sure they leave feeling supported. I pick things up quickly and am always looking for ways to improve how we work and the experience we give customers.

Beyond my own role, I’ve shared ideas that have helped improve our feedback process and make daily tasks run smoother. I’ve also coached teammates on communication and service techniques, which has been rewarding to see pay off. My focus is always on doing right by the customer while still supporting the business, and I take pride in creating positive experiences for both our team and the people we help every day.

Over 2025, I have built a strong technical foundation through multiple CompTIA certifications. I have earned Security+, Network+, and Cloud+, gaining practical knowledge in networking, IT support, cybersecurity fundamentals, threat prevention, risk management, and cloud infrastructure. I am currently completing A+, which is further enhancing my skills in hardware/software troubleshooting and IT operations.

These certifications have given me a broad yet practical understanding of IT systems, security, networking, and cloud technologies—skills that I apply in both technical and customer-facing environments.
